EQUIPMENT REQUIRED


EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR CONDUCTING NATIONAL YOGA SPORTS CHAMPIONSHIOP/FEDERATION YOGA SPORTS CUP

Following equipment shall be required for conducting National Yoga Sports Championship / Federation Yoga Sports Cup:

  1. AUDITORIUM:
    A big auditorium/stadium with a capacity of atleast 1500 spectators shall be selected by the host of the Championship for conducting National Yoga Sports Championship/ Federation Yoga Sports Cup.
    1. BIG STAGE for the VIPs for OPENING AND CLOSING CEREMONY of the Championships as well as for the visiting dignitaries during the Championship.
    2. Proper seating arrangement will be made in the Arena for:
      1. Office bearers of YFI
      2. State Presidents & Secretaries
      3. National Yoga Referees
      4. Players
      5. Press people
      6. Spectators
    3. Full size back drop banner shall be displayed on the stage with the following matter inscribed on it.
      1. Name of the Championship
      2. Name of the Yoga Federation of India
      3. Name of the host State Yoga Association/organisation
      4. Date and venue of the Championship

      The stage shall be covered by the proper carpeting and decorated properly to give elegant look to the championship.
  2. PLATFORMS:
    1. Eight platforms of 10 X 10 length and breadth with 2 feet height with steps, fully carpeted, shall be prepared at the venue to conduct six age groups of male and female separately at a time, during National Yoga Sports Championship/ Federation Yoga Sports Cup.
    2. A platform of 20 X 20 length and breadth with 2 feet height with steps, fully carpeted, shall be prepared at the venue to conduct Artistic Solo, Artistic Pair, Rhythmic and Free Flow Yoga Dance Competitions.
    3. The electric connection to be given at each platform to operate laptop on each stage.
    4. Back drop banners and strips to mention the ongoing competitions will be displayed on each platform from photographic point of view.
  3. BANNERS
    Banners with the inscription of name of championship, Federation, host body, dates and venue shall be displayed at the reception office, bus stands, railway station and other important places of the city hosting the National Yoga Sports Championship /Federation Yoga Sports Cup.
  4. YFI OFFICE:
    YFI office will be setup in the arena of the Championship with proper seating arrangement for the technical members of Yoga Federation of India with the facility of Computer, Printer, Competition material and stationery items as required by the Yoga Federation of India for the smooth conduct of championship.
  5. DISPLAY BOARDS:
    Display boards shall be installed at the venue for display of the list of competitors as per sequence of their presentation on the platform for different age groups and events.
  6. AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM:
    Good audio visual system shall be installed by the host including cordless mikes and CD player for Inauguration and Prize distribution functions as well as for conducting various events of Championship.
  7. BIG HALL:
    Big hall with the seating capacity of atleast 250 persons shall be required to conduct Yoga Federation of India’s Annual / General Body Meeting, Technical Official meeting as well as for conducting National Yoga Referee’s Diploma Examination, National Yoga Referee’s up-gradation Diploma Examination.
  8. STATE WISE PLACARDS AND LIVE BAND:
    Placards for all the affiliated units of Yoga Federation of India shall be prepared by the host for March Past of the participating State/Union Territories Yoga teams with live band at the time of opening ceremony with the arrangement of flag hoisting of Yoga Federation of India and flags and banners of participating affiliated units.
